VKRO kit FOR installation of a cover for inspection opening

How to combine the sophisticated design of expensive Italian or Spanish tiles with the need to provide convenient access to the plumbing hidden in the wall? This is a dilemma that every new homeowner or designer has faced. How to deal with it you will find out from us:

Firm Vidira produced a special kit for fixing the door of the inspection opening with magnets."VIDIRA How being installed?

  1. Determine the location of the inspection hole so that it only includes whole tiles and friezes, while it must be functional and convenient to service the plumbing hidden behind it.

  2. Corners in the joints with adjustable magnets and hanging devices are placed in the desired joint of the tile (until the tile adhesive has hardened), the counter elements are glued to the cover. Place the magnets at the two upper ends of the opening while gluing the tiles that surround it, observing the rule that both should be in the same line. If you fail, don’t worry, usually the locations of the magnets can be adjusted within small limits in the direction perpendicular to the wall. Corrections are made after the solution has completely hardened.

  3. After making sure you have the dimensions of the opening, using quick-set silicone and pieces of tile, join the stacked cover. Let it dry.

  4. Place the cover over the opening and mark the locations of the magnets. Glue the metal plates from the kits to the marked places on the back of the cover with silicone

  5. The lid is made of waterproof plasterboard, on which the faience tiles or lining from the interior of the bathroom are glued with glue. – the lids can be made of any material – such as tiles, marble, granite, mirror, etc.

    li>

  6. The size of the cover must be 15×45 cm, that is, up to 0.5 sq.m. and weight up to 10kg

  7. Inspection cover assembly kit contents:

    • 2 joint corners with adjustable magnets (holding force 6kg each)

    • 2 contact plates

    • 2 double mounting fixtures for suspension with retaining mechanism

    • 1 opening cord

Attention: The gluing should be done with technical silicone – it is better if it is one of the fast setting ones!!!

When ordering, please state the article number: 4646

The packaging is a box on which full technical information is given

The set has a CE mark

[391,397,396
["post-9689","avada_portfolio","type-avada_portfolio","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","portfolio_category-plumbing","portfolio_category-plumbing-accessories","portfolio_category-sewage-installation

"VKRO" set - Pleven from GIS 04 Ltd.

<meta name="description" content=""VKRO" set in Pleven you will be able to find it in the Building Materials store at GIS-04.
